150 acres overlooking the Pacific Ocean in San Miguel, Costa Rica located just behind our Loring office location. The mountain property has 85 building lots. Surveying has been completed and infrastructure work has begun as the first road has been cut to the top.

Scheduled commercial planes from San Jose arrive twice a day at Corozalito. Because of the airport this area is easily accessible as a 12 month, year-around vacation area while much of Costa Rica is nearly impossible to drive during the rainy season.

The San Miguel beach is 7 miles long and a 700 acre development project with hotel, condos, golf course, shops and restaurants has begun 2 miles south of us, I expect this large development to be the spark of growth and attraction to our area. We are the last 25 miles of undeveloped beachfront on the Nicoya Peninsula.
